2 Cups Soft Butter
2/3 C. Whipping Cream
4 Cups Flour
Granulated Sugar
Mix thoroughly butter, cream and flour. Cover and Chill.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. roll about 1/3 of dough at a time. Cut in 1 1/2" circles. Dip in sugar. Place on a baking sheet (do not grease). Prick with fork. Bake 7 to 9 min.
Creamy Filling
Cream 1/2 c. soft margarine, 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Tint with food color.
Put filling on top of a wafer and place another wafer on top.
