Danish Pastry

2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Crisco
1 Tsp. Salt

Mix with pastry blender till crumble like

1 egg yolk beaten -add enough milk to make 2/3 cup
Mix with flour mixture.
Divide dough in half - Roll half on cookie sheet

Mix cup crushed cornflakes, 8 cups chopped or sliced apples, 3/4 cup sugar and generous amount of cinnamon.
Put on top of dough in cookie sheet.

Roll remainder 1/2 dough and put on top of apples.
Beat egg whites and brush on top.

Bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes
Cool and serve.
