Greek Spinach Ring

10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained well
2 Eggs
1/2 to 1 Onion, finely chopped
8 ox Feta Cheese, crumbled
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons Parsley
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Packages Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

Mix eggs, onion, and feta cheese. Add cream cheese, spinach and seasonings. Combine well. Form wreath using crescent rolls. Place wide end of each triangle in center of baking sheet, draping long thin edge off sheet. Overlap each subsequent crescent triangle over the last. Leave a 3" opening in the center of baking sheet. Spoon mixture over ringed crescents, in a 3" wide strip, leaving center completely open. Lift long thin triangle edges up and over filling tuck underneath crescents in center (Key to making it look nice) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 ro 20 mnutes or until completely brown.
