1 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Cup finely chopped onion (for the butter and onion, be liberal)
1 Tsp. Paprika
1/3 Tsp. Pepper
3 Tbsp. Vinegar
4 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Mustard
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 Cup Ketchup (again be liberal)
If you are using 2 pounds of chipped ham - multiply recipe 4 times.
Saute butter and onion together. Add balance of ingredients and chipped ham. Let simmer in slow cooker on low all day.
