Zucchini Chocolate Cake

3 C. flour
1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. canola oil
3 eggs
3 cups grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat over to 350 degrees

Beat 3 c. sugar with oil. Add eggs one at a time and beat. Beat in zucchini and vanilla - Beat flour mixture into sugar mixture by 1/4's alternating with 1/4 cup buttermilk. Mix 1 min. - Pour into jelly roll pan.

Mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar - Add 1 egg and mix until smooth. Spoon dollops over cake and swirl with knife.

Sprinkle with chocolate chips

Bake till done

Ice or sprinkle with confectioners sugar - your choice
