Broccoli Salad

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. crumbled bacon
2 stalks broccoli
1 red onion, minced

Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, vinegar and sugar together and let set overnight. Mix with broccoli florets, onion, bacon and cheese. Serve
