Carrot Cake

2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 1/3 Cups Oil
4 Eggs
3 Cups Grated Carrots

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Divide into 3 cake pans and bake a 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

Let Cool.

Frosting

1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
2/3 Stick Margarine
1 Box Powdered Sugar
2 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Chopped Pecans

Cream margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar, vanilla and nuts.
