California Vegetables

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots

Cover with shredded sharp cheese and velveeta (about 1 lb or more) Crush about 1 1/3 sleeves of Ritz crackers over top. Pour 2 sticks of melted oleo over top.

Bake 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes

Use fresh or frozen vegetables
